Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases on TicketsFromTheWeb are final. We do not allow refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless specifically stated below.
2. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund. In this case, we will notify you via email and issue the refund automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Rescheduled or Postponed Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are still valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless authorized by the event organizer.
4. Invalid or Fake Tickets
If you receive a ticket that is not valid for entry, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll investigate and provide a refund or replacement if proven invalid.
5. Delivery Issues
If your ticket was never delivered, please allow up to 24 hours after purchase before contacting us. In rare cases, email delivery may be delayed. If delivery fails, we'll issue a refund or resend your ticket.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion if the tickets are unused and eligible.
7. Marketplace Purchases
Tickets purchased through third-party sellers on our platform are subject to their own refund policies. We do not guarantee refunds for reseller tickets.
